Will (maybe the manager?) was incredibly, incredibly helpful. I had a delivery order pick up my food and then not move for half an hour. I was close enough to the location that I came to pick it up myself, and he said the driver picked it up half an hour ago. He very quickly offered to remake it for me on the double. Good food, amazing shakes! My family and I all got burgers and shakes with no complaints! The shakes were oh so good! The right amount of thickness and not too sweet. The burgers were cooked to perfection and so flavorful!
This Shake Shack location is my favorite! The restaurant and bathroom were clean, and the staff was kind and accommodating. My burger and fries were hot and satisfied my craving. The custard here is the best—I never leave without getting a root beer float!
We ordered chicken shake burgers and fries with Dragonfruit and Pomogranate lemonade. Fries were crisp and nice. The burger was good but can be better. They have nice sitting area and restaurant is available for customers.
We ordered two burgers : ShackBurger and Shack Stack with spicy cheese fries ( Cheese sauce on sides). The fries were the best but the burgers didn’t disappoint us as well. The service was okay. The food was relatively quick. The place wasn't very crowded though it was kind of late, around 10 PM.
No complaints as this location had really fast and pleasant service (only took 8 mins from when I ordered to receive my food) and the food was pretty good!
This is a good place to stop by if you're hungry. The meal was good. It is high in sodium so if you prefer low sodium, this isnt for you. The place was small but spacious enough to walk by without bumping. Got my order fairly quickly. The customer service though.....
